Our team’s journey to bring this idea to life began with a deep dive into understanding the needs of Indian consumers, particularly within the Horeca (Indian hotels across all categories) sector. Through extensive research and firsthand experiences while traveling, we discovered a common challenge faced by Horeca establishments: the struggle to procure various essential products in a timely manner.
This often resulted in hotels having to approach multiple vendors for different products, leading to inefficiencies and, at times, product unavailability during peak hours. Witnessing the frustration this caused both hotel staff and customers firsthand, we were inspired to embark on a new venture aimed at providing a comprehensive solution.
